We were looking for someone to convert our existing bathroom and separate shower room into a wet room. We contacted KPC Property Services Ltd. having seen an advert in our local magazine and arranged for Kieron to provide an estimate.Kieron was polite and helpful. He filled us with confidence from the outset and talked us through the process and schedule which he kept to. The work was carried out with thoughtfulness and minimal disruption. We were thrilled with the outcome which surpassed our expectations. The quality of the finished work was outstanding.
We have since used KPC to lay flooring in our hall, cloakroom and bedroom. Again, the results were of the highest standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending KPC to anyone looking for a first class job.

The complete bottom half of my house was destroyed by a large sewage flood which meant my family of 6 were forced to take rental accommodation whilst the renovation was being completed.The consequences of this were devastating not helped by the fact that the Insurance company and Loss Adjuster were most unhelpful. Eventually we found KPC and appointed them to complete the project.
Their approach was very understanding and thorough which it had to be as they were dealing with a large sewage flood. They were in contact very regularly and were able to answer all my questions. I felt very confident in their work and they were professional at all times. The result was that my house was completed well before the due date and to an exceptionally high standard. Since then I have used KPC several times in other properties and have recommended them to other people who were so very pleased with the results.
I am always impressed by the fact that they never let you down, keep their appointments, work within acceptable budgets and continuously produce work of an exceptional standard.
